Helen Addison-Smith

College of Design and Social Context

Dr Helen Addison-Smith is a chef, writer, and co-founder of the RMIT CafeLab. She owns and operates Icecream Social (Brunswick and Thornbury) and founded Loafer Bread (North Fitzroy). She currently works with not-for-profits such as Free to Feed and Sustain: the Australian Food Network. Her research interest is in the intersection between food and feelings.
