Nadia Egalita is a PhD student in the School of Media and Communication at RMIT. Her research focuses on the broader issue of digital sharing economy platforms, and practices of food consumption. More specifically, her research will critically analyse the phenomenon of online food delivery services and people’s lifestyles in the context of the development of the sharing economy in the digital age in Indonesia and Australia.
Before starting her PhD, Nadia was a teaching associate at Airlangga University in Indonesia and previously worked as a copywriter for an eCommerce shopping platform in Australia. She completed her Master of Communications and Media Studies and Bachelor of Arts degree both at Monash University.
