Juliette (Zihua) Wu is a software engineer and education coordinator, who enjoys creating digital solutions to solve problems in her research and work.


Juliette was a designer and a software engineer before her PhD study in RMIT School of Education and DERC. Her PhD research focuses on using design-based research methodology to understand Melbourne teachers’ collaborative perceptions and then develop a digital solution to support teachers cross-disciplinary collaboration. The digital solution tries to enhance tacit knowledge exchange in teachers’ collaboration practice through using AI elements such as natural language process to support teachers’ creativity in cross-disciplinary thinking and collaboration.
