Guillaume Dumont is a researcher at the Department of Management of OBS Business School, Barcelona. Prior to joining OBS, he lectured at the Université de Lyon, in France, conducted research at the Media Management and Transformation Center of the Jönköping International Business School, and worked at different universities in Europe and the USA. He earned a joint Ph.D. in anthropology from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (UAB, Madrid) and in Sociology from the University of Lyon (UCBL1/Lyon). His research, broadly speaking, explores ethnographically new work arrangements in the creative economy with a focus on reputation building, self-branding and relationships.
